Description

Clay Smith Cams  highly recommends degreeing the camshaft whenever you install a new cam or replace the timing chain. This complete Cam Degree Kit includes all the parts you need to degree your cam. 

Kit includes: (1) 11" degree wheel, (1) pointer, (1) 7" magnetic base dial indicator stand, (1) dial indicator with 1" travel, (1) lightweight ball and cup push-rod, and (3) solid lifters to suit all American lifter bore sizes.

NOTE: Many manufacturers automatically grind their cams with four degrees of advance, however Clay Smith Cams are ground straight up.  For the best results, always degree a new cam, even if you have to rent a cam degree kit from your local speed shop or auto parts supplier. We guarantee you won't regret taking the time to do it right.

    The product looks great and will be easier to degree my cam than another brand I purchased. The only problem I had was it took 3 weeks to get the item shipped that was in stock. Paid for 3 day shipping with usps but had to call about 7 days after the Order to get them to pull order to prepare to ship. Just didn’t make any sense what took so long.

    Great value for a beginner!

    This is a great set of tools for someone that needs a complete solution for measuring and setting basic cam shaft degree measurements. You get a dial gauge, and the three different lifters, the degree wheel and the armature! For the novice, it’s perfect. Use it until you hit a wall then the only thing that you will need to upgrade is the degree wheel. Very happy with the purchase.
