SHIPPING:
All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Expedited freight options are also available for additional charge.
Most in-stock orders will be shipped within two (2) Business Days.
All shipments are fully insured, therefore all claims for damages must be made with the freight company. DO NOT return damaged merchandise to our company without prior approval; please just contact Clay Smith Engineering and we will file the claims appropriately.
RETURN POLICY:
All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, within 30 days of purchase.
No returns on specialty or custom orders. A 20% restocking fee may be applied on items returned within 30 days; restocking fees will be waived if returned item(s) are accompanied by an exchange, new order or accepted as store credit.
WARRANTY:
All Clay Smith Engineering engine components are inspected prior to shipment for quality of material and workmanship. Clay Smith warrants that when our products are properly installed in their correct applications, they will be free from defect and will function as specified
Engine components purchased at Clay Smith Engineering are used in high performance applications, often intended or customized for land, marine, off-road racing and/or various forms of motorsports. These products are sold "AS IS". No warranty applies. Customer assumes liability. Racing is a hazardous sport, please use great caution and proper safety measures, serious injury or even death may occur.
Some items may not be street legal for automotive use.
