Awesome sound
The cam was exactly what I wanted very good quality material and it has that classic muscle car sound. Paired it with a set of Clay Smith retro roller lifters.

AFR 180 Headed SBC 350 Clay Smith Cam Review
Installed this cam in my zz4 motor along with AFR 180 heads. I can say the performance gain was dramatic compared to the stock zz4 set up I had. Throttle responce is very snappy. My zz4 already a 750 double pump carb, MSD 6, 1-5/8 headers 4 speed with 3:55 rear gear before the cam and head upgrade in s 1968 Camaro. Power brakes work great dispite what some people claim. Has a nice choppy idel at 800 rpm and is very responsive off idel. In my next engine build I will no doubt use one of Clay Smith cams
