ULTRA PRO Solid Roller Lifters
At CSC, when we say 100% USA made we mean it. Our Ultra Pro lifters start from USA made steel and are fully machined, ground, and assembled here in the USA. We start with 8620 tool steel bar stock and machine the bodies down to within .003” of diameter. They are then heat treated to our Rockwell specifications. The body is then centerless ground to a tolerance of +.0003” and - .0000. We also hold concentricity to this also. Many others can’t say that. We then polish the body to an RMA of 2. The axle and wheel are out of 9310 and 8620 tool steel also. Rockwell on the wheel is held to 60-62 on the C scale. Our Ultra Pro series are designed to be serviceable and can be rebuilt. Sold in set of 8 pair and Single Pairs.
