1965 Mustang Stock 200 ci 6 Cylinder Hydraulic Lifters
My son and I Installed a rebuilt stock head along with the Clay Smith non-oiling hydraulic lifters on his 1965 Mustang 200 ci engine. They were an exact fit, and after about 200 highway miles, no problems. The price was very competitive with my local parts store, and the fit/finish compared to the parts store lifters I removed appeared to be a notch above OEM. I didn't remember the last time we installed the push rods, but these lifters seemed to "click" better than the OEM to let you know the push rod is in the correct spot.
